Justice Natalie Adams

The Honourable Justice Natalie Adams was sworn-in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 5 April 2016. Her Honour studied Economics and Law at the University of Sydney, graduating with honours in Law in 1989 and was admitted as a solicitor that same year. Her Honour later went on to attain a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales, specialising in criminal law. Her Honour has spent parts of her career in the DPP, the Legal Aid Commission and Crown Solicitor’s Office before she was called to the Bar in 2001. Adams J was appointed Crown advocate in 2011 and took silk in 2012. Prior to her appointment to the Supreme Court bench, her Honour had also guest lectured at the University of Wollongong’s Master of Prosecution course.
