The Honourable Justice Richard Weinstein was sworn in as Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 1 February 2023. His Honour graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University, Montreal, before completing a Master of Arts at the University of California, Berkley, with a subsequent Diploma in Acting from the Drama Studio London. His Honour returned to study a Bachelor of Laws at UNSW, graduating in 1991, and was called to the NSW Bar in 1993. His Honour took silk in 2011.
