The Honourable Justice Geoff Lindsay AM was sworn-in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 6 August 2012. His Honour graduated from the Australian National University in 1977 with degrees in Economics and Law, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1978 before his call to the Bar a year later. His Honour spent a significant part of his career at the Bar with 8 Wentworth Chambers and took silk in 1994. He is the Editor of the Australian Bar Review, Senior Vice President of the Francis Forbes Society for Australian Legal History and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law.
