Applications List

SC EQ 15

The Chief Justice has issued Practice Note SC Eq 15 – Applications List, with a commencement date of 25 September 2025. 

As stated in paragraph 2 of the Practice Note, the aim of this Practice Note is to facilitate the prompt and efficient resolution of motions assigned by a Judge or the Registrar in Equity to the Applications List.  Accordingly, the Practice Note outlines the procedures and expectations relating to the operation of the list.
