Online payment fault

On Wednesday, 19 February, a payment processing issue was discovered on the NSW Online Registry website. When existing users register a new credit card in the Online Registry, payments made using the new card fail. This issue affects the Online Probate portal.

What is happening?

The Digital Portfolio Team (DPT) are working with the vendors to resolve the issue and will provide updates on a resolution as soon as possible.

What do you need to do?

If you are experiencing the payment processing issue with Online Probate, you are advised to not use the Retry Payment function until the issue is resolved.
