Supreme Court decisions are published via NSW Caselaw.
Decisions are also reproduced on AustLii. This collection includes historical judgments handed down before 1900.
If you are unable to find an electronic version of a judgment, you can complete the " Application for copy of reasons for judgment" form. Registry staff will attempt to locate the judgment for you, and send you a copy. The form sets out the fees payable on this service, which are prescribed in the Civil Procedure Regulation 2012.
To help registry staff process your request with minimal delay, please try to provide all the details sought on the form.
