Case management of Probate Proceedings in the Probate and Family Provision List
From 17 June 2024, all contested proceedings in the Probate and Family Provision List will be case managed by the Registrar in Probate (presently Registrar Lynda Gerritsen).
All probate matters must adhere to Practice Note SC Eq 07 (PDF, 258.2 KB). Parties are also required to prepare a Disclosure Statement which should be filed and served prior to the first directions hearing.
