Application

This Practice Note applies to proceedings brought pursuant to the Crimes (High Risk Offenders) Act 2006, the Terrorism (High Risk Offenders) Act 2017 and Division 105A of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and Part 6 of the Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020 (MHCIFPA).
