Various forms have been prescribed under the Supreme Court Rules for use in the Court. Where a form has been approved under the Uniform Rules, the form approved under the Uniform Rules takes precedence.
Where there is no approved form under the Uniform Rules, the forms prescribed under the Supreme Court Rules should be adapted to accord with the format of documents under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (UCPR).
You can download precedents for the approved uniform civil forms from the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules website.
If you need assistance completing the approved forms required in a probate application, please refer to Filing instructions for probate and Probate forms page.
