Please note, variations to the court list may occur following publication. Any late changes may not be displayed on the final Court List.

Appearing virtually in a Registrar List.

The Court approves virtual apperances in a Registrar List if the Firm or appearing party is more than 20km away from the Supreme Court of NSW, Registry.

If you are appearing before the Common Law, Equity or Subpoena Registrar (excluding appearing via Telephone), please confirm you consent to the below criteria.

By clicking "Yes, I meet the criteria", I confirm I am outside the 20km radius from the Supreme Court of NSW, Registry. Any party appearing virtually who does not meet the criteria and proceeds to connect virtually may have their matter stood down in the list and requested by the Registrar to appear in person before the Court.

 

Connection details for the Court of Appeal, Court of Criminal Appeal, Bail or Probate and Family Provision Registrars' must be requested for approval by submitting Application to appear via Audio Visual Link to the corresponding email address' below, due to the location of the Courtroom.

If you require to appear virtually for any other reason or via telephone, please complete Application to appear via Audio Visual Link (PDF, 181.5 KB) and submit to the below email address by no later than 12 noon the working day prior to the listing date. Any request must be sent via email with subject line "Request to appear by AVL for [date of listing] in [list type]. Request must include the completed application form advising reason why Party/ Legal Representative requires a virtual appearance. 

All parties in the proceedings are to be included in any correspondance with the Court.
